Analytics Specialist

Description
Affiliated Services LLC is hiring for the newly created position of Analytics Specialist. Candidates must be trustworthy, have an exceptional work ethic, the ability to learn new information, master new concepts, enjoy analysis, have a professional attitude and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What does an Analytics Specialist do at Affiliated Services LLC?
Analytics Specialists accumulate and summarize the activity and efficiency measurements of the employees and departments of the company. The measurements are then entered into the company analytic models and the results are analyzed and summarized in reports provided to employees and the management team. Analytic Specialists will work extensively with Information Systems, and the Executive Management team to identify the opportunities to improve efficiency, work flow process, marketing returns, and financial performance. 

Analytics Specialists are detail oriented, proficient, enjoy problem solving, and well trained to manage the analytic measurements of the employees and departments of the company.

Compensation
Competitive salary with 100% paid health benefits, long-term disability, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid continuing education, free parking.

Producer/Consultant

Description
Affiliated Services LLC is interviewing college graduates for the professional
position of Producer/Consultant. Insurance licenses in Life and Disability will be required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, professional sales skills, and the ability to learn and master a new sales methodology. Previous insurance sales experience is not required.

What does a Producer/Consultant for Affiliated Services do?
An Affiliated Services LLC Producer/Consultant will receive in-depth industry, product, and sales training. Producer/Consultants work with businesses of 2-200 employees to develop compelling healthcare business solutions to meet a client’s critical business needs through a consultative selling approach.

Producer/Consultants must be able to develop their expertise to demonstrate their credibility within the industry and assist companies in finding a “Better Way to Buy Healthcare.”

An Affiliated Services LLC Producer/Consultant is required to master the proprietary marketing systems and processes of the company. Producer/Consultants will utilize the proven marketing process to access prospects and referred leads.

Producer/Consultants are responsible to meet or exceed established prospecting and sales goals.

Compensation
Base salary with additional commission schedule. No limits on commission income potential.

Required Experience

  • 4 Year College Degree
  • Exceptional work ethic

  • Neat appearance and be able to meet the public

Marketing Coordinator

Description
Affiliated Services LLC is hiring a Marketing Coordinator. Candidates must be able to write and communicate effectively, demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, have  a professional attitude with a high degree of organizational skills. Must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative judgment in a fast paced environment across a broad spectrum of marketing areas.

What does a Marketing Coordinator do at Affiliated Services LLC?
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with leveraging corporate strategies and objectives in marketing and communications. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining the marketing plans of the company. The Marketing Coordinator will take the lead in managing marketing materials, advertising, activities, corporate events, trade shows, conferences and special marketing projects. 

Our Marketing Coordinator will be detail oriented, proficient, and well trained in multi-tasking; duties may include writing press releases, wellness newsletters, event coordination, community involvement, public speaking, group presentations and assisting with design of corporate materials and branding.
