Affiliated Services LLC is a nationally recognized insurance agency, specializing in employee benefits and Association Health Plan administration. Located in Kirkland Washington, we are one of the largest specialty employee benefit agencies in the Seattle area.
In May of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 the agency was awarded Platinum Brokerage status by UnitedHealthcare. This award recognizes the quality of service provided to clients and honors the innovations in technology introduced into the healthcare system. Affiliated Services is the only agency in Washington State to be recognized with this designation for five consecutive years.
Affiliated Services LLC was founded in 2002 with the development of proprietary administration software for Association Health Plan administration. The software was created specifically to provide a fixed administrative approach for group medical, dental, vision, and life coverage for fully insured groups. The software included specific modules for eligibility administration, group service, underwriting, billing, and prospect tracking.
Affiliated Services LLC focused on administration of the plan
and distribution channels for the first few years. In 2009 the
company completed the final step of vertical integration with the
introduction of a direct sales force as a distribution channel. The
direct Producer/Consultants were added as captive employees and
they began selling the administrated products of the company. The
addition of the direct distribution channel was an overwhelming
success and today the company is focused on expanding the direct
