The choice of who to work with for employee benefits is extremely important. We recognize the importance of this decision and we are committed to improving the employer experience in healthcare. Our Producers are selected very carefully to assure our clients the best interaction and service.

Our Producers are highly trained and continue to expand their education through our Academy Training program which requires them to attend classes each month. Our Producers are selected based upon their business experience in owning or managing companies prior to entering the insurance field. We believe it is important that our Producers have experience in running a business outside the insurance industry and are able to identify with the business decisions our clients face each day in their business.
