Jessica Hays

Jessica Hays has an aptitude for solving complex problems and providing solutions to fit the needs of clients. She joins Affiliated Services with a diverse background in the insurance industry and has first-hand experience in nearly every sector of the business. Focuses include sales and consulting, account management, administration, analyzing benefit performance, and delivering employee benefit meetings.

She has worked for top agencies in the Northwest including MCM and Benefit Administration Company where she helped drive the success of large house accounts. Prior to the insurance industry, Jessica spent more than three years in the banking environment where she provided client support at various capacities. She developed an acute ability to make decisions that meet a business owner’s needs while still considering their bottom line.

As a long-time Seattle resident, Jessica has deep ties to the Northwest and is dedicated to establishing relationships built on trust and professionalism within the business community. She enjoys horseback riding in her spare time, or can be found scouting the sound for new fish or creatures for her 55 gallon salt-water fish tank.
