Robin Roberts

Robin joins the Affiliated Services team with more than 18 years of knowledge, talent and expertise in the healthcare industry. Prior to Affiliated Services she spent six years at Mercer, primarily in business development, where she specialized in providing strategic benefit guidance for medium to large sized companies.

Her consultative approach and diverse range of experience is an immense asset to employers as she is able to provide a holistic perspective when it comes to purchasing group benefits.

Robin is committed to finding the right solution for her clients and takes time to evaluate their needs in order to deliver the best options for their employees. In today’s changing marketplace, employers are looking for an innovative approach when it comes to purchasing group coverage - Robin provides guidance to find those solutions while keeping an eye on their bottom line.

Robin is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Snohomish County Society for Human Resource Managers, in addition to the Northwest Compensation and Rewards Forum. For the last 14 years, Robin and her husband have been proud residents of Woodinville, where they enjoy participating in activities, sports, and community functions with their two children.
